 The Drilling
ENTP fulfils average and great depths drilling, as well as exploration and development ones.
ENTP undertakes hydrocarbons drillings mainly in the great Algerian south zones.
In addition, ENTP intervened in other countries as Tanzania, Yemen, Tunisia and Albania.
Horizontal drilling is in full rise in Algeria.
ENTP is distinguished like a major actor
with a significant number of horizontal drillings.
Among the technological breakthroughs accompanying horizontal drilling, our sites use equipments such as Top Drive,
SCR and the newest drilling method known as Under-Balanced Drilling.
ENTP presents a very consequent outcome as regards drilling.
It has to its credit 1.746 drilled wells.
Work over
As regards work over and shorts radius "rentry" on the field of Hassi-Messaoud (increasing old wells' production by using a new process called shorts radius, which consists in horizontal drilling of a near to 500m long drain-pipe), ENTP has contributed since 1998 by achieving a significant number of wells by means of its rigs fitted out with last generation technological equipment.
Among this equipment, one can quote:
- The Fast-move ensures speed, facility and safety of the mast and substructure compaction and on trailer SCR power package.
- Improvement of fine electronics on SCR for the regularization and the control of the electric output by PLC system.
- A "useful" height of the substructure sufficient for the installation of the wellhead and the Under Balanced Drilling equipment system (rotary BOP).
- For more safety, the stems handling function is set by a very recent mechanized system:
the Handler pipe.
Its prize list is eloquent: since its creation, ENTP has achieved more than 2.920 works over.
