ENTP future is in the continuation of its modernization.
The 2008-2012 Company's middle-dated programme envisages an important investment plan,
which primarily aims at safeguarding the company's market share by the rehabilitation
of the production equipment and the modernization of its management tool.
Reinforcement of the rigs park:
Year 2006:
Acquisition of two 1200 HP rigs;
Constitution of two 2000 HP rigs;
Constitution of one 1500 HP rig.
Year 2007:
Constitution of three 2000 HP and one 1500 HP rigs;
Purchase of three 1500 HP IDEAL rigs near NOV. Company on a total of ten. The seven other rigs are planned for 2008.
. Rehabilitation of our rigs' park (renovation and revamping by function).

Organization and management modernization:
Installation of a work over computer-assisted management system (GMAO), and generalization of VSAT to the whole of the drilling sites.
Installation of the ERP system.
Effective implementation of a QHSE integrated management whose certification was obtained in May 2005, as a first priority.
The conformity of the Company's QHSE-MS to the requirements of the certification reference frame has just been validated by the follow-up audit for the 2nd year. The audit was held in June 2007
The real efforts provided on the field for the QHSE system concretization have started to give their positive results since the effective implementation of the QHSE integrated management, whose certification was obtained in May 2005.
Human Resources:
Progressive setting in adequacy "manpower/activity level"
Renovation and raising of the personnel's qualification levels by the recruitment of 80 engineers per year
Specialized training, recycling and controlled training.
Improvement of the living and working conditions.
Partnership:
Establishment of a drilling Joint Venture to Weatherford Company.
Services' exports:
The will of the Company, expand other drilling markets, apart from the national territory, forms part of the strategic objectives.
Two contracts were concluded in 2007, and the year 2008 will be that of their
